Signa

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Signa for using the Signa app and site. By creating an account or using Signa, you accept them.

1. What Signa is

Signa is a tool to follow your investments: it organizes the holdings you add and shows market information, dividends and events about them.

  • Signa is not a broker or bank. It does not hold your money, connect to your accounts or place trades.
  • Signa does not give investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Ideas, checks and comparisons are information to look at, never recommendations to buy or sell. Decisions are yours.
  • Tax views and estimates (such as after-tax dividends) are approximations; confirm them with a professional.

2. Market data

Prices, dividends, fund details and events come from third-party sources. They may be delayed (prices by about 15 minutes), incomplete or wrong, and we cannot guarantee them. Check important figures with your broker before acting on them.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Signa.
  • Sign-up may require an invitation from an existing user.
  • Keep your password safe and your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account (it can be restored within 30 days, then it is permanently deleted).

4. Your data

The portfolio data you enter is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Signa, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download it at any time in Profile → Privacy → Download my data.

5. Plans and rewards

  • Signa has a free plan with limits (for example, on followed stocks, alerts, goals and widgets). If paid plans are offered, their price and what they include are shown before you buy, and purchases through the App Store follow Apple’s terms.
  • Inviting friends can earn extra followed stocks, within the limits shown in the app. We may cancel rewards gained by abuse, such as fake accounts.
  • We may change plans, limits and features over time; we will tell you in the app about changes that reduce what you have.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or others’ rights while using Signa;
  • try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security or plan limits;
  • copy Signa’s data in bulk, scrape it, overload the service or reverse engineer the app;
  • create accounts with false information or to abuse rewards.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

7. Availability

We work to keep Signa running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, change or stop. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions or by data from third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

Signa is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment decisions you make, for losses or missed gains, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including Brazil’s Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Signa, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

10. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before important changes apply. If you keep using Signa after that, you accept the new terms. Questions: contact@mysigna.app.
